Due to continuing growth, we are looking to recruit the following members to our team:
Project Manager and Estimator
Project Manager
In this interesting role, you will be responsible for all aspects of a diverse range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.
Your duties will include:
Managing projects from start to finish including pricing, planning and budget management
Ensuring all health and safety aspects of the project are compliant
Monitoring all aspects of the works ensuring compliance and quality throughout
Managing site staff
Regular communication with clients and subcontractors ensuring all project requirements are met
Preparing and delivering progress reports to clients
Setting out, levelling and surveying construction sites
Ensuring all aspects of the works are delivered to client satisfaction and are of the highest quality
standard
Requirements:
Proven track record in project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills

Estimator
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join us.
Ideally, you will have a background in construction and project management.
Your duties will include:
Preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Reviewing and interpretation of plans and specifications
Analysis of subcontractor bids and proposals
Communication with clients, subcontractors and our site staff
Attendance at pre-bid meetings and site visits
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors and all stakeholders
Requirements:
Relevant qualification and certifications
Proven track record in estimating
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
